Located right on the beach, the villa Shades of Summer has a lot of advantages for a peaceful holiday. It offers you full calmness and a beautiful panoramic sea view. The villa has 3 terraces equipped with beach chairs and outdoor furniture where you can relax in the evenings. There are also a barbecue and outdoor dining area, perfect for summer evenings and dining al fresco.
On the ground floor are a fully equipped kitchen and a modern decorated living area which have access to the terrace. On this floor are also a room with an extra bed if needed, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub.
On the first floor is the sleeping oasis with 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed >180cm, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a terrace. Two bedrooms havebeds >120cm, where one of them has a terrace and the other one a balcony. The fourth bedroom has a double bed 160 cm and a terrace. As soon as you wake up you will have a beautiful sea view which every bedroom offers you. This floor has also one shared bathroom with a shower.
The villa Shades of Summer has fitness equipmentfor your daily exercise. The garage has two parking spaces. If requested, we can arrange daily maid service and airporttransfer with a surcharge.
