« Our Host was very responsive and accommodating to our communication with him. The house was comfortable and clean and Ellsworth has just what we needed to facilitate our visits to Acadia Park. Only thing that could have improved it at all would be a fully functioning coffee maker, since I can't start the day with out my java. We did figure out the single cup function eventually and all was well.We would return if our travels took us back to the Acadia Area. »

Very close to downtown Southwest Harbor (very convenient if you’re considering the MDI marathon in the future) and not a far drive to Bar Harbor if you’re interested in that! I had some technical issues with the Vrbo app so had to reach the host via phone. She was extremely responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again. »

« We were delighted to find this large waterfront cottage near Acadia last minute. It was everything we could have hoped for: the entire property was immaculate, the house is spacious and has very comfortable beds, a lovely living room and dining room with large windows and sliding glass door out to a deck overlooking the harbor. Nick, the host, was responsive and friendly. An added bonus was that we could launch our kayak from the dock and our dog was welcome. We'd love to go back next year. »

« Great place to stay to visit Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. The house was clean and cozy with comfortable beds. Highly recommend if you don't want to stay in the high priced, crazy busy area but still be close to all the sights!! »
