'What a great place to stay. Initially we had planned on staying at the resort, but took a chance and stayed here instead. What a blessing it turned out to be. This is a mixed use property that combines several floors condos that are managed as a hotel in combination with traditional condos. It was extremely quiet, clean, and the location was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids specifically asked to stay here next trip to CDA.'

'Looking at booking the reservation thru Expedia - it was expressed there were only three rooms left. The reality was only two rooms were booked. All the rest were not. I’m not sure if the property owner or Expedia is responsible for being dishonest. I have to think more deeply when I book thru Expedia - unless I can get a better answer. The property and room were clean and well maintained.'

'The room was clean and well appointed. The mini kitchen was great, but didn’t have a use for it with only a one night stay. Overall, this hotel was clean and seemed fairly new. The breakfast was great, for a hotel. The staff very friendly. I asked if leaving something in the car was safe to do. The front desk gal said they haven’t had an issue. Left stuff in the car and no broken windows in the morning.'

'We recently stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Coeur D’Alene and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The hotel did not feel clean overall. The floors and carpets were dirty, and the room did not appear to be properly maintained before our arrival. We also did not have enough toilet paper or towels in the room, which was inconvenient and frustrating. In addition, the customer service was not very helpful or welcoming when we brought up concerns. We understand hotels can get busy, but basic...

'We had a very nice stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family friendly. The rooms were spacious and well organized, which made our stay very convenient and relaxing. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would gladly stay here again in the future....

'From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!'
