« Amazing place! Great view as soon as you open the door! Rooms are very spacious where several families can stay and not be on top of each other. Everything was decorated beautifully but still felt cozy. The host, Tanner, was very responsive and we will definitely book again! Thank you Tanner! »

« Had an incredible stay this last weekend. Whole property is clean and well maintained inside and out. The house is very open and spacious. Furniture was all very comfortable and in great condition. We loved having the screened in porch off the back. The kids also thought the front room where they slept was great. Beds were a touch soft for my liking, but others didn't mind. The sheets, pillows and bedding were all in good condition.The gazebo is about halfway down the stairs to the lake...

« Great house. The backyard is fully fenced in which is great if you’re traveling with your dog. The house is very large with a good sized kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, and stove if you want to cook and would be great for a long stay. The downtown area is within walking distance (10ish minutes depending on your pace) and the neighborhood is very nice. Check in is easy. We got the code for the door the morning we arrived and everything went smoothly. »

« The cottage has been totally redone. Modern clean looking. It has the comforts of home. Our host responded promptly to out inquires. It was a much better choice than a hotel for our football weekend. Additionally it was a quick ride to the Capstone parking deck for the game. I would stay here again. »

« We had a great time at the Maxwell House. 8 of us stayed and went to a Bama game and the house did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the game rooms were great. There were plenty of TVs, everything was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Loved the trip! Also, the communication with Tanner, the host, was top notch. Go Gators. »
