'We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is really luxurious and the facilities are really nice and cosy. We also rented bikes and used the gym, both were excellent. The location is also great and alows you to walk to the many restaurants, shops and wine tasting locations in Yountville. We would definitely stay there again.'

'We expected more of this one specially for the price breakfast was average TV service stop working for 2 days and something we noticed in tge hotels we stayed in California coffe was not good on any of tge hotels.'

'The Charles was fantastic!!! Arrival was welcoming, as though we were old time friends. The main part of the house was clearly recently remodeled and painted, all while keeping with the old time charm of the house. Our room was large, and we never felt cramped. Breakfast was so good that we kept bringing it up during the day. And the scones are not to be missed!!! It is now our go to place in Napa. Could not recommend higher.'

'Everything is so far away from our room. We have two rooms but did not get a parking space. Both parking spaces near our room happened to belong to the odd numbers. We and our friends rented one car but both our rooms were even numbers. We informed the front desk but they did not accommodate us. They do provide golf cart pick up or drop off to the gym or restaurant. That was nice.'

'There were some cleanliness issues: some towels looked like they had been dropped on floor, wash cloths had a hair on them, mildew on shower curtain liner. The floors were not clean. The hand soap was thinned out. There was a piece of gum stuck between the door trim and the strike plate of the bathroom door. We were asked to wash dishes at end of stay but there was no dish soap. '

'Great place! Super nice people, clean room, and great free breakfast… although the 2 choices are the same ever day. A little disappointed that they discontinued the complimentary charcuterie cups… But you can order charcuterie to be delivered to your room at check-in. They still do offer wine sampling each night. And their laundry service is a life saver!'

'Rooms were clean and fresh. The parking is around the property. There are many doors that you can enter from with your room key. The covered patio was a favorite to lounge after a long day of visiting wineries. I would stay here again. They are very accommodating for early arrivals and late check outs. 10/10'
