'Check in was pretty straight forward. Parking is difficult due to owning a large 4x4 with an aerial but worked it out eventually.room was nice and cosy. Few marks on the walls and curtains and the bathroom wasnt very clean. I flushed the spa out with hot water before filling it again. It was nice and relaxing. Over all nice place to stay.'

'We booked one night here that turned into a pretty negative experience. When we first showed up to check in, we had been driving all day and some people in our party really needed to use the bathroom. We were told that the bathroom was only for paying guests. We argued that since we were checking in, did that not make us paying guests? We were told no, that we were not checked in yet and we were not booked to stay at that particular property. This was a confusing statement as our booking was at...

'Pleasant friendly staff, however the room was overpriced for what I paid ( over $300 per night ). To start with the mattress in my room was sagging in the middle & was clearly noticeable to look at, as for sleeping on this sagging mattress I woke up each morning with an aching back, you could notice the lack of mattress support as soon as laying on the bed. Traffic noise in room is another issue along with the noise of the air conditioning motor as you could clearly hear both inside the room.'

'Bathroom was not cleaned properly, the air con pretty much did not work. in 40 degree heat you expect to have a working aircon at a motel especially when there are no fans. only slept for 2 hours and had to pretty much leave the motel room since it was 30+ degrees in there. worst experience, will not ever book a room there or through this website again. you guys are pathetic to offer this service '
