Staff were very courteous and helpful. However, my room was kinda dirty. Carpet was very much in need of vacuuming. The drinking glasses were both dirty/dusty despite being covered in plastic (to signify they are clean). Ice bucket was dirty/dusty inside. Had to wipe desk with a washcloth because it was sticky. There was a long, dark hair on the sheets when I pulled the comforter back to get in bed. I can understand each of these things individually (except for the lack of vacuuming), but combined it shows a general lack of proper and thorough cleaning.
