'We enjoyed our stay at ILO. The kids loved it too. The pools are really nice, there are some safety regulations that may need to be considered in and around the pools. The steps into the pools are too deep and often people fall there. The vibe at the pools were a lot of fun, the restaurants were great. The service was great. We even saw a lemur early morning at the breakfast. Our rooms were on the first floor, and it was super noisy luckily at around 11 PM with quiet down. But then early...

'We’ve reserved a family room, but at our arrival they gave us two separate rooms for three children and two adults. They don’t have family rooms. The rooms we reserved didn’t have water during the day, so they changed the rooms to another facility. One of the new rooms the toilet was not working and air conditioner were not working for both! It was a difficult stay.'

'We enjoyed the room, it’s spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel pool was large and nice to swim in. The included breakfast had hot items and many other items. The only complaint is the receptionist did not give me the balcony room I prepaid. Said the hotel was full but I sure didn’t see that many people there…so the hotel itself was great but I didn’t feel like I was treated fairly. '
