Compact yet thoughtfully designed, the apartment maximises its open-plan layout to create an inviting space for easy beachside living. The cosy living area is a welcoming place to settle in after a day by the coast, with a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV featuring Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. A well-equipped kitchen makes holiday dining effortless, featuring an island with two counter stools, a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator, along with all the cooking essentials. The dining setting is perfect for leisurely breakfasts before exploring Mermaid Beach.

The covered balcony invites you to savour your morning coffee or an alfresco meal while enjoying elevated views across the neighbourhood to the ocean. The shared rooftop terrace offers another place to enjoy the sea breeze, where a communal BBQ and expansive coastal views create an inviting setting for outdoor dining.

Both bedrooms feature queen beds and built-in mirrored wardrobes, with the primary bedroom also offering a private ensuite. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and a private laundry complete with a washing machine, dryer, iron and drying rack provide added convenience throughout your stay.

The apartment also includes Wi-Fi, garage parking for one vehicle, and lift access. Split-system air conditioning and heating are available in the living area and primary bedroom only. Please note there is currently construction at a neighbouring property, which may be noticeable from the balcony.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, including access to the shared rooftop with a BBQ. Please make yourselves at home!

Mermaid Beach is one of the Gold Coast's most loved coastal neighbourhoods, offering a laid-back atmosphere with a true seaside village feel away from the busier tourist hubs. Just a short walk away, the beach features three patrolled swimming areas, making it ideal for swimming, surfing and long coastal walks. The surrounding streets are home to a vibrant café and dining scene, with local favourites including Le Café Gourmand, The North Room, Bam Bam Bakehouse, Mermaid Beach Tavern, Pastel & Bossa, Bonita Bonita and Etsu Izakaya, all within easy walking distance. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is just an eight-minute drive away for shopping, dining and entertainment.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Long-term stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional deep cleaning fee of $150 as we are required to deep clean after such stays.
