Worst experience ever. We were booked for 3 nights. After checking in, we were told our second night accommodation was canceled due to planned works (no water for 24h) and Wyndham know and would sort it. Mantra (service that manages the guests) notified Wyndham on the 1st of Nov of the works (long before our stay), yet they did nothing about it. When calling to sort it myself, we spent hours trying to get through, no call backs occurred and it was poorly managed, basically they just tried shift responsibility to wotif. But wotif said they should have never allowed us to check in our accepted the booking but since they did, it is now their responsibility to fix the accommodation issue. They never notified wotif or us of the problem, ultimately this is a Wyndham mistake and mismanagement. I cannot believe this is how they run their business, I will not be using them again and I will be telling others of the terrible experience.
