'Lovely place that is walking distance from Robina. Spacious apartment with everything you need. The apartment was cleaned every day and I got an extra milk in my fridge when they saw the first one was opened. Our internet did not work but this was fixed immediately. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊'

'We had the standard room with no view and there was only on cafe which served toasties and basic breakfast. There was no other choice of cafes for breakfast only the one..Not the most convenient place to stay unless you were there solely for the Casino.'

'Roof top bar was very loud! Reception staff did their best offering ear plugs and to move room. No sure moving would have helped… Should be aware if booking the bar is a popular spot. Also disappointed the pool was closed for construction but we didn’t get any warning when booking. Otherwise good location and friendly staff.'

'I was lucky to have a very high floor so views were amazing! The bed and pillows are five star. The only glitch was retrieving keys/cards from corner shop...its awfully unorganised and just a mess to search through. I figured it out, but im sure there are many who struggle. Im surprised there isn't another organised, designated area to collect them..like Circle on Cavill Hotels do.'

Not having a front desk was no issue at all - staff were super responsive via chat/message and everything was explained very clearly. They do ask people to leave luggage/unload at the front of property and then drive through to the back to park, but there is a door connecting the car park to inside the main building, so not sure why they do that. 'De kamers waren oké. De keuken klein. Naast de kamers is een inpandig Iers restaurant met pub. Flink minpunt voor ons was de slechte wifi. Centrum 15 minuten lopen. Strand 500 meter. Daar alleen uitkijktoren coastguard. Verder niets.'

'Nice hotel, large clean and comfortable rooms, well kept, straight opposite a tram stop, service station across the road, short walk to restaurants, bowling club and beach. Would definitely stay there again. Recommended.'
