In the old cottage area in Fjellerup, on a hilly plot, this cottage is surrounded by tall beech trees. The house is nice and bright and has a large terrace with stairs to the property. Part of the large window area in the living room can be opened up to the terrace, so you almost feel like you are sitting in the middle of beautiful nature. The living room with wood stove is incredibly cozy with comfortable furniture and has exposed rafters with sloping ceilings that give a good feeling of space. Extending the living room is the dining room and well-equipped kitchen. In addition, the house has 3 good bedrooms and a large bathroom. On the property there is space for 2 cars to park.

The beautiful sandy beach with shallow bathing water is within walking distance. The area offers beautiful cycling and hiking trails. It is recommended to take a walk to the waffle bakery and enjoy a great ice cream cone. There are also good fishing opportunities here. If you are not lucky, there are several fishmongers nearby that sell both smoked and freshly caught fish. In Fjellerup there is great shopping, a bakery, a summer restaurant and last but not least the large playground "Fjollehaven" with lots of playground equipment, tables, grill and benches - the kids will love it.
