« The positives: good location for access to Daylesford while still retaining a rural feel, cute tiny home, comfy loft bed, nice property although we didn’t get to see it in its full splendour as it was winter, friendly host, and easy check in. The compost toilet was not too bad, and didn’t smell. What could have been better: some things were not replenished prior to our stay such as dishwashing liquid and matches to build a fire, so our plans for s’mores was a bust. We didn’t bother asking the...

« The online photos showed 3 bedrooms , 2 with double beds and 1 with two singles, but only 2 bedrooms were available. The double bead was small for 2 adults @nd only had a double bed doona which meant one of us didn’t have bedding. My husband ended up sleeping in the pulled out couch so we could both get some sleep. « Our stay at The Ridge by Tiny Away in Daylesford was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. We were offered no suitable alternative or support. To make matters worse, we paid 300 for one night, only to see the same night listed online for 100 (so they hadn;t even blocked out our stay, causing stress we weren't...

« We had a lovely one-night stay at the cabin. While the price was quite steep for a single night, there were plenty of amenities that made the stay feel worthwhile. Richard was superb with communication and always replied very quickly. The fireplace was also a new experience for us...
