The location is great, although you do get traffic sounds throughout the night as it is near a well-traveled road. It didn't bother us, but we just noticed it. 'House is just as described. Location is good for those traveling between Bryce and Zion, in a quiet area. Kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook at home. Beds are comfortable. Entertainment area upstairs with a pool table, games with nice outdoor patio. The large hot tub off the kitchen downstairs is also great after a long day hiking. 'The house was large, clean and cool, which was heaven in the hot weather. Very conveniently situated between Bryce and Zion. The village was very quiet, only 1 restaurant in the neighbourhood. The only thing we missed in the house was a water cooker for tea, but we managed alright heating water on the stove. We slept well in the beds. All in all definitely recommendable.'
