'My friends and I decided to have a mini staycation. I found this spot last minute and was so excited to enjoy the beautiful property. Check in was so easy and Renee was very kind and helpful. We had our dogs with us and they loved playing in the river. Just beware the current is strong. We had them on leashes at all times to make sure they didn’t float away. The bonfire area was perfect, right by the river where you can hear the water and see fireflies all around you! The beds were very clean...

'Well stocked kitchen including a variety of coffee pods and tea, all the pots and pans needed to cook dinner. Very clean. Beds comfortable. No privacy except bathroom as an FYI. Lovely pond and frogs galore. Only bummer was the Trump flag especially for our group (various marginalized people). Regardless of intention it does not create a welcoming feeling for all. '

'An excellent vacation rental! Super clean, tastefully decorated, many thoughtful touches like fully equipped kitchen, paper products, etc. Even wine & chocolates! The sauna was a great touch, as well as the comfortable outdoor spaces. We love to explore Leelanau, but it as hard to leave the comfort of the home. Tom & Diane were quick to respond to our questions & were fantastic hosts! '

'Property was the perfect home base to explore Michigan. Less than 20 minutes from Sleeping Bears Dunes and less than 5 miles from beach front at Lake Michigan, it allowed us time to explore instead of wasting time driving. Teenage sons enjoyed the lake and boats provided with the rental. Cabin was clean and spacious for our family of 4. We’d stay again! '

'The cabin was great. It was exactly as advertised. The best part of it was the view from the front window. It was such a peaceful setting on a lake. We enjoyed the Grand Traverse lighthouse, the Old Mission lighthouse, and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. We would stay there again.'
