Our apartment view from both windows was a concrete wall (first floor), this was unexpected. We arrived on a Friday and the first two nights, there was a lot of noise coming from Maggy May and a brésilien restaurant very close by. We ended up buying some earplugs! The rest of the stay was ok to sleep. The apartment is very well furnished, we had everything we needed. It was quite large also. All in all, a good stay in a centrally located accommodation. We liked the welcome and will certainly go back to a Fraser suite!

Très bel hôtel bien situé mais bruyant.
Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre ville. Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Propreté irréprochable. Très bon accueil. Seul bémol l insonorisation: le bruit de la rue peut être gênant mais surtout on entend énormément les personnes qui marchent dans les chambres situées au-dessus. Glasgow est une ville dynamique que vous pouvez visiter à pied depuis l hôtel.

On y retournerait !
accueil très gentil. Suite impeccable très bien équipée, spacieuse, calme. Hôtel très bien situé. On avait tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer nos petits déj. À proximité des gares. De bons restos dans le quartier.

Superb location and friendly staff. Parking is 2 minutes from the hotel. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

Nice area. Disappointing hotel
Nice weekend in a great district in Glasgow. The room was quite big, but had direct view on a multi storey car park. The room had very bad noise isolation and we kept hearing our neighbours upstairs walking, which can be irritating. that even woke us up at 6 am... considering you would not fall asleep before 3 am because of the loud bars, and live concerts underneath that the single glazed windows did not really stop... So don't go there if you want to relax ! The room was quite clean part from the fact that we found big pieces of broken glass in the bathroom. When we told the staff, we got no apologies and and they even suspected us for doing it ... In the end they even tried to charge us breakfast we already paid when booking... In few words the location is very nice, next to merchant square. The room is quite big and nice. Sound isolation is terrible, the staff is unfriendly, and breakfast is uncooked and disappointing.

Chambre spacieuse, mais donnant sur le parking en face de l'hôtel. Du coup, impossible d'ouvrir les rideaux car tout le monde peut nous voir et aussi bruit de ventilation dérangeant pendant la nuit. Sinon propre et fonctionnel.

Un hôtel au service impeccable
Ayant réservé cet hôtel pour une escapade romantique et une découverte de la ville de Glasgow, nous pouvons dire que nous sommes comblés. Le studio était spacieux, propre, et relativement bien insonorisé pour l'emplacement. Il profite d'un emplacement de choix, à 5 minutes des rues piétonnes et du GOMA (musée). Nous réserverons certainement de nouveau dans un Fraser Suites !

HOTEL FRASER SUITE A GLASGOW
Accueil particulier avec vérification de nos passeports, il faut bien parler anglais car ils parlent très vite. Les chambres suite sont très agréables et très propres. La seule difficulté a été de trouver l'hotel car il est très mal indiqué et se trouve entre un pub et un restaurant indien, il faut garder la tête en l'air pour voir les pancartes !!

I didnt like the local parking doesnt open until 7am and i has to leave at 5. They told me at the front desk they would send a special wifi access code, but they didnt, even when i asked again.

However, there is on street parking from 6pm - 8am which is FOC.I am so sorry that you never received your WIFI code. The WIFI codes are generated automatically to the email given by the guests at the time of booking by our system, these are not sent manually.

We stayed one night for a gig we were going to. Property was perfectly situated for that. Loads of nearby places to eat. We needed a taxi and reception booked that for us, they were friendly and helpful. Apartment was lovely, nice decor, clean tidy and fresh. Little welcome gift of cans of juice and some snacks waiting for us. Also chilled glass bottles to fill with tap water to put in the fridge, loved this. Robes and slippers too, nice touch.

The staff was extremely helpful and very nice the hotel itself is a little dated but it’s rooms are very big which is nice the area has lots of restaurants and bars around and it’s very walkable to everything but it can be noisy at night with the bars and restaurants being so close by in fact our room was overtop of a bar

The hotel is lovely and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed but not much natural light. I would have liked the option of a hot breakfast but that is just my personal choice. The hotel is situated in a lively part of town with a large selection of bars and restaurants. This is great for those of you who like to party into the wee hours or heavy sleepers but I wouldn’t recommend if you are not. It is very noisy at night, right into the early hours which is the only downside to Fraser Suites for me. My husband and I had a very pleasant stay but the noise outside from the bars did keep us awake.

Great accommodation. Good walkable location . Would stay again . The only negative was the room above floor boards were noisey and the person staying was obviously trying to get their steps up and had us awake early and all morning walking about . We were room 208 .

I stayed here last night after getting a baby sitter for the first time in 8 months, we looked forward to a good night and relaxing stay but the noise level in the room was horrendous, reception staff just said oh sorry about that , they never actually cared it seemed

I love this hotel, however this time (our third stay) we were on the first floor and the noise from the pubs below was really loud. Also the emptying of the glass bins was horrific and went on all day into the early hours. I know this isn’t the fault of the hotel but next time I stay I’ll make a point of asking for a higher floor. The hotel was, as always, immaculate and the staff were lovely.
