'Our room was large, very comfortable with a king bed and sofa bed. The large walk-in shower was a plus. The room was not so good with noise between floors and from the hallway. Wasn’t enthusiastic about the check in area being in the coffee shop. That being said, we would definitely stay there again.'

'Easy access with lots of parking. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Site is a bit dated but updates are underway. Breakfast was better than some I've had. Pool and spa looked clean as did the workout room.'

'Housekeeping forgot to clean our room. We stayed for two nights.The continental breakfast was good, but, there were no chairs and tables to sit while having breakfast. All guests have to take the food to their rooms which makes it challenging to carry it without trays and makes the room smell of food once the plates and cups are thrown in the waste basket. On a scale of 1 to 5, I rate this hotel a 2.5'

'“Breakfast” was nothing much but the room was just what we needed for visiting family in Rapid River. Nice to have the option to bring our cat so she did not have to stay with the local family dogs. '
