« This was a delightfully peaceful stay for my husband and me. There is plenty of room for at least 6 people and even a detached building/BBQ to entertain around 30 people and ample parking.David Woodie is a wonderful host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of this Host’s properties. It is very conveniently located to downtown Sparta, which is charming. « The "Farmhouse" was great! The house and the property were very clean and it was a pleasure to stay there. Everything was as expected and described in the listing. We would will stay there again when we return and we recommend it to others as well. »

« We come out to NC Wine Country every Spring and Fall and if we have a big enough group (6-8), this has been our preferred property. It's perfectly situated near so many of our favorite Wineries and Vineyards, so our itinerary always starts and ends locally. We make full use of the kitchen for breakfasts and choose one of the Wineries for our Saturday evening dinner. As simple as it is, I also love that every room has at least a Queen bed! « The place is beautiful with an awesome view, but be aware that there is no ac on lower level. If your a biker, yes there is an asphalt road, but it is worn and access to driveway is tricky due to strong incline. Not for amateurs. It does have a carport. We were able to fit 2 bikes, a single bike trailer and pickup.We did have a great time. »

« We stayed for a family get together, the space was nice but for a larger group (7) the kitchen was small. We used paper plates and plasticware to keep down on dishes but there is only one outside trash can and with a larger group including an infant trash was taken out more often and accumulated quickly. Take notethere is no yard to walk your dog, we had our small dog and walked her up the road which wasn't a problem for us. Easy check-in and out. We would stay again, we loved the decks and...

« I’ve been delayed in reviewing our stay at the Tree House because in my mind, we’re still there! Talk about relaxing, a true getaway, even though we were active from sun up to sun down. Everything about our stay was perfect. Ken was the ultimate communicator, so friendly, accommodating, and available for any questions. « Everything about the place was exceptional. Hot tub was a bit too hot for us 4, but still was very enjoyable, clean! Not only was the home decorated beautifully, everything was organized, cleaned, well stocked. It made our stay very easy and enjoyable. This may be a one time issue, but there were dogs running freely next door and they barked occasionally, sometimes at night. This was nothing to do with the place itself but was a neighbor.
