The Space:
Step into a studio that earns its place in one of Belgium's most captivating cities. Tucked in the heart of Ghent, this renovated space sits at the intersection of old-world charm and clean, considered design - surrounded by the canal-threaded streets, weekend markets, and neighbourhood cafés that make this city so worth exploring. Whether you're here for a long weekend or an extended working visit, you'll find the setting hard to beat.
Living space
The open-plan layout lets natural light do its work across the kitchen and living area, creating a bright, unhurried atmosphere throughout the day. A boucle sofa anchors the living zone and offers a genuinely comfortable place to unwind after a day in the city. A stylish mezzanine area sits above, serving as a tucked-away spot for relaxation. Authentic architectural details run through the space, adding warmth and character that freshly renovated interiors don't always manage to hold onto.
Sleeping arrangements
The studio sleeps 2 guests. Bed linens, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage are all provided - everything you need to settle in properly from the moment you arrive.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fitted with dark wood cabinetry and comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a toaster, a coffee maker, coffee, and wine glasses. A dining table rounds out the space, making it easy to eat in when Ghent's restaurant scene needs a night off.
Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and is stocked with hot water, shampoo, shower gel, a hair dryer, and cleaning products.
Workspace
A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make the studio a practical base for remote work or catching up between sightseeing. The laptop-friendly setup means you won't need to hunt for a café table when deadlines call.
Practical details
Self check-in via lockbox. TV and heating included. Paid parking is available off premises. Please note: there is no washer, no air conditioning, and no carbon monoxide detector on the property.
Location
The studio sits in a lively Ghent neighbourhood with cafés, restaurants, bars, and independent shops all within easy walking distance. The Kouter square - home to the weekly Bloemenmarkt flower market on Sunday mornings - is nearby, and the wider city centre, with its medieval architecture, waterways, and cultural venues, is yours to explore from the front door.

Great location. Very easy to get to from the train station by tram. Everything is walkable. Stairs to the loft are ship ladder style.
