To help us keep a peaceful and respectful environment, please follow these house rules during your stay:

• 👥 Only registered guests may stay overnight – visitors must be approved in advance

• 🍽 BBQ & outdoor furniture are welcome to use, but please clean and return items after use

• 🚗 Driveway fits 2 vehicles. Please don’t block neighbours or access points
