The accommodation is welcoming and carefully maintained in every detail. It can host up to three guests and includes a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a complete bathroom, and a small private terrace - perfect for enjoying quiet moments outdoors.



The apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming semi-detached house with just two units, both owned by the same host. It’s also a perfect option for families or larger groups, thanks to the availability (on request) of the “Buena Vista” apartment on the upper floor, which can comfortably accommodate four additional guests.



While the property does not have a private parking space, guests can easily park in a public parking area located approximately 250 metres away. It is, however, possible to drive up to the entrance to load or unload luggage, groceries, or other items, before moving the car to the nearby public parking area.
