« Just as described, very quaint neighborhood, however, the lighting in the neighborhood was extremely poor, which is not the fault of Vrbo or Host. Tight parking for two vehicles if you have two vehicles, but property is on a cul-de-sac, where other parking is available. I did contact the host about a few minor maintence items, as I do all hosts. Hazel, our host, was EXCEPTIONAL! We have been booking with her for 3 or 4 years!! Highly recommend! »

« Property was nice and spacious. Just what we needed after a long day at the ballfield. Had a situation occur in the middle of the night, and Eli was quick to respond and address the situation. Will definitely keep this place in mind if we come back to Dayton for another tournament. »
