Tucked away at an altitude of 1600 meters in the Grandes Rousses massif, this 30 m² studio offers a cozy and efficient base for your mountain adventures. Located just a five-minute walk from the resort center of Auris-en-Oisans, the residence puts local shops and restaurants within easy reach. In the winter months, you can step right outside and enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to the expansive 250 km of slopes in the Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine.

The studio is intelligently laid out to maximize space, featuring a living area with a television and a pull-out bed for two. A separate sleeping alcove, typically furnished with a bunk bed, provides a dedicated space for two additional guests. The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, including ceramic hobs, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator, as well as a filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The unit also includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

During your stay, you have full access to the residence’s wellness amenities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. A private balcony or terrace allows you to step out and enjoy the alpine air, while a private ski locker and free covered parking add to the convenience. To round out the experience, raclette and fondue sets are available for loan, perfect for a traditional evening in after exploring the surrounding peaks.
