Our 3 bedroom home in the heart of Geraldton is a perfect place to stay for couples, small families and business personnel visiting the city.

With its central location, the home is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk into the CBD and foreshore which has an array of shopping options, cafes, pubs and restaurants. It is also a less than 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the award winning Rigters IGA, which specialises in fresh ready made meals and has convenient extended trading hours of 6am-10pm 7 days a week. Additionally, it is located within a short 2-3 minute drive to both the Geraldton Regional Hospital and St John of God Hospital, perfect for healthcare workers and those requiring healthcare services.

The main bedroom consists of one queen size bed, built-in robes, bedside lighting, black out roller shutter blind and split cycle air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 consists of one double bed, built-in robes, bedside lighting, black out blind and pedal stool fan.

Bedroom 3 contains one king single bed, built-in robes, bedside lighting, black out roller shutter blind and pedal stool fan. All linen and towelling is provided for guests

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, microwave aswell as all cutlery, utensils and crockery. Other aspects of the home include free WIFI, T.V with lounge area, dining table, washing machine with washing liquid, clothes line, ironing board/iron, twin shower and bathroom heating.

For outdoor use, the side patio with outdoor table and chairs are available for guests.
