'We had a great stay at this property. Keep in mind they don’t provide sheets for the beds so make sure you pack some! Or you can rent from a sheet service, they provide many options for businesses that rent them.This property had everything we needed and more for our stay. The sunroom was a wonderful place to have our family meals and gather, the outdoor shower is super convenient for washing off before entering the house, and the beach is only a 15 minute walk away. Restaurants and attractions...

'Enjoyed our stay at this townhouse located in 9-hole golf course community. Easy access driving to as it is located right off of Coastal Hwy. Most things provided (linens, towels, ...kitchen pots, pans, dishes). Chose this place because each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was also a half-bath on the main floor. Townhouse was very clean.Some things to note (for those it matters)...there are a few steps to get into the townhouse (last one pretty high), and many steps to get to 2nd...

'Lovely, quiet property. Close to the beach and shopping/restaurants. We took Ubers to the actual beaches (Rehoboth and Dewey) so we didn’t have to find parking. The bike path is perfect for morning runs and walks. We would absolutely rent this property again. '

Beautifully furnished and comfortable. In the kitchen you have everything you need to prepare meals. 'This was my first experience booking a property via VRBO. The experience was perfect. I sent a few questions to the property manager which were answered quickly, the booking process was easy. Checkin was simple using the door code. The unit was clean and close to everything. The only thing that is missing is a dishwasher. Definitely would rent again.'

'Our family all loved the house and the location was perfect. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach having a 4 year old and 16 month old child. The house was clean, well supplied in all areas, especially having beach chairs and beach items for the kids. The house is absolutely lovely as well as the rooms.
