Beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 2 story villa with ocean view Just steps from the beach. Situated in The Hideaways at Palm Bay Beach Club, Exuma Bahamas. Guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities including kayaks, pedal boats, paddle boards, pool, and a shuttle to and from town. Upon entering Villa 36 you will find two full master bedrooms with king sized beds. Venturing up to the second story you will find cathedral style ceilings with full kitchen, laundry facilities and half bath. Sit out on the deck and experience the gorgeous view overlooking St. Elizabeth Harbor which has different shades of beautiful turquoise water. Location is walking distance to Georgetown and multiple restaurants including splash, latitudes and the local fish fry. Guests can take advantage of the resorts shuttle to and from Georgetown granting access to the grocery store, straw market, gift shops, and restaurants. You will find Jolly Hall Beach just steps around the corner where you can enjoy an ice cold beverage on one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches and have a pool like swimming experience. A little piece of paradise
Due to some unfortunate circumstances- no fault of owner we were unable to stay our entire visit. With numerous times of communication with owner and another member of my party we were able to be moved to another villa on the property. Only thing i would suggest to owner is please provide toilet paper, the rest of the rental was stocked perfectly.

Villa 36 at The Hideaways was truly a dream.
Location was perfect, close to Georgetown near the center of the island, so it was easy to explore the West end of the island one day and the East end the next. The Villa is one door off the beach, so the water is just a few steps from the front door.
The Villa is an upside-down house with bedrooms on the ground floor and living area on the second floor, so no carrying suitcases up the steps! There are two spacious bedrooms and baths, each with their own A/C unit so everyone can choose their own temperature. Upstairs there is a nice half bath, absolutely amazing views from second floor porch, extremely well-equipped kitchen, including herbs, oil, basics like mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire, olive oil, peanut butter, jelly and loads of coffee, sugar and creamer. More than enough kitchen supplies, pots, pans, air fryer, microwave, and plenty of glasses, utensils and more, (the only thing missing was a potato masher). Full size washer and dryer with some detergent (we took some laundry pods with us). There was everything needed for the beach; four chairs, plenty of snorkels, cooler, beach bag, beach towels, and plenty of floaties. Elizabeth pays the extra fee to allow her guests to enjoy all the amenities of Hideaways, the pool, kayaks, water toys, gym and more. Hideaways was delightful, all the staff members were so warm, welcoming, and always offering to help in any way needed.
We're already planning our next visit to Villa 36!!

The Best Stay!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was perfect for us and the condo was extremely well stocked. The owner was quick to communicate and truly went above and beyond for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and overall fun place to stay
The property is centrally located and has all the amenities of home. Liz did a great job of providing a ton of information before and during our trip which gave us confidence in our choice of bookings. Overall, a great time and a great location that made our first, of many trips to Exuma fantastic!!

Paradise In a Villa
Villa 36 is amazing and Elizabeth is the best! The Villa is literally 25 steps away from the beach. Downstair rooms are perfect, clean and comfortable. Upstairs the kitchen is well-stocked with extra treats already provided. It’s the best place to unwind after spending a day at the beach or on the water. Plus, the Villa has a cooler, floats and chairs for your use!
Elizabeth is responsive, informative and a wonderful host. From the moment we booked, Elizabeth provided helpful tips and information. While there, Elizabeth was quick to respond and truly went above and beyond for us.
I highly recommend and hope to be back some time soon!
