'La maison était parfaite pour organiser un séjour familial, les instructions d'arrivées étaient claires en revanche pas d'état des lieux ni à l'arrivée ni au départ (nous avons attendu le jour du départ pour voir si quelqu'un viendrait mais non, et ce malgré une demande de la conciergerie de partir à 10h). La maison est propre mais abîmée par endroits d'où l'étonnement de non état des lieux entre locataires. Enfin nous avons regretté que la cuisine ne soit pas plus fonctionnelle pour une famille...

'Very good location, but overall the experience was terrible. Poor communication, difficulty coordinating arrival and departure. The worst factors were these: apparently there is fine print in the reservation that states you will be charged extra (and expected to pay in cash) for use of towels and bedding. Absolutely absurd and I’ve never encountered this anywhere else I have stayed, which has been many places. We ended up bringing our own bedding which was a pain. We also just didn’t have hot...
