Rental is EUR 250 per weekend (tax included, price may vary by stay length), covering heating, electricity, wood, and cleaning (kitchen must be left clean).

A utilities & service fee of EUR 417,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
