« It was simple to book and check in was ok, great location and cool house however there were ants in the kitchen and the house smelt like cat pee everywhere. When I emailed them they never replied and when I booked they said just call for a late departure if you need one. When I asked for it they immediately texted me and said no. They were very responsive booking and getting their money and then crickets when we needed help. I am allergic to cats and I was sick the entire time! I’m not happy...
