Belle chambre, bien équipée, belle et propre. Température très chaude et pas moyen de l’ajuster. Lumière qui clignote toute la nuit et bruit de pas à l’étage supérieur au milieu de la nuit.

I am pleased to see that you felt our hotel was clean, the room was beautiful and well equipped. I am sorry that you had an issue with the air conditioning and that it was a bit warm in the room for you. We can adjust the temperature at reception, it does take about an hour to change to the desired temperature.With regards the lights flashing, I apologise that you were disturbed during the night, unfortunately due to our location and the 24hour operation of Gatwick Airport we are unable at times to control the noise level or indeed the lights, whilst we cannot fully overcome this situation we can certainly highlight this at the next meeting we have with Gatwick Airport Management.I look forward to welcoming you again to our hotel and if I can assist you in any way, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be more than happy to help.With kind regards

Pour quelques heures...
Simplement pratique pour une courte nuit entre deux vols. La chambre(grand lit + canapé) est petite, le canapé est inconfortable, la salle de bain est bien équipés mais minuscule. Bonne literie et petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Bref, juste l'essentiel mais efficace.

It was convenient as we were there for an almost 20 hour layover, but check-in is at 1600 unless you pay an additional 79 GBP, which I did because we needed sleep. We left at 0330 and the staff were amazing and getting assistance accommodations set-up. Breakfast was toast and jam some coffee/tea choices. The real breakfast wasn't out but the time we left at 0430.

Perfect place for a peaceful rest while traveling. Great location, super clean and the staff are very personable. Nice bath products, large towels. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast, nothing spectacular but suitable with hot and cold items, and the dining area was very tidy.

I stayed here and was put on a floor with fresh paint and works in the a hallway going on. The smell was horrible and made me feel sick in my room.

Not the best hotel I’ve been but definitely not the worst. They are having a mini refit at this time. Only one coat hanger in a wardrobe for two people. The black out curtains don’t go all the way up and down so you get light coming in. The bed was higher than normal which is a plus for a six foot gent.

It is right by the airport. No need to leave the airport when you have to catch a flight the next day. Comfortable, free full breakfast, great spacious rooms. Not much else is needed.

With Gatwick airport being a budget gateway for many one would expect a little bit more from a brand carrying the Hilton brand, apparently not so. It seems that it's a case of when in Rome,do as the Romans do. Noice throughout the night as our room was apparently next to a road for airport works.Unfilled,empty container in the shower,breakfast included,served from 4 but no hot food until 7. Very limited choice otherwise . Definitely very disappointed in the Hilton for letting themselves go like this

The prime attribute of this facility is its proximity to the airport. We, literally, walked from the hotel to our airline counter. The rooms were satisfactory, but lacked adequate desk space and a place to lay out your suitcases. Bathrooms were good, but the shower was very slippery to walk upon with soapy water underfoot.

Very good quality accommodation within a two minute walk of the check in desks. I checked in my hold luggage and returned to the hotel for breakfast and a shower before checking out prior to the flight.

Location is very convenient if you are flying, or taking the train. The bed was small and uncomfortable for 2 people and the room was like a sauna, it would not cool down. I don’t think I would recommend.

The beds are a Hilton standard double, I am very sorry if you felt they were too small. It's a Hampton Inn. Been to one in Spain, of course back home in the states and they never disappoint. Was very impressed as this one is at the airport (so don't expect much if you want to walk around the area 😁)

I love the fact that booking and checking in is always so quick and easy. No fuss. The room is always spotless - looks as if it has never been used! And so quiet. Wonderful. Staff on reception always very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is fabulous. Only complaint is regarding the supper dining area. Some of the arms on the upholstered chairs are very dirty - grimy - and if they cannot be cleaned off, then the chairs should be replaced. Their dirty appearance lets the whole of the hotel down. Shame.
