'The front desk staff was very helpful and the rooms were quiet. A very nice stay!'

'Sheets were clean, but the headboard was nasty. Floor was iffy. Half old carpet and half hardwood. AC didn't work well. Room was damp and smelled funny. Left us 3 towels for 4 people. Beds very old and worn out. Breakfast was a bag with a granola bar and a muffin bar. No decaf coffee. Pool area smelled bad. Water was nasty. Even after washing our hair, it still smelled. Located 20 minutes from West point was one of the very few positives. We paid almost $200/night so we were quite dissatisfied.'

The breakfast/sitting area is bright, looking out onto a lovely patio by the stream outside that had morning shade. Room air conditioner worked very well!'

'This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least.'

'Staff are always very helpful'

'I came to Central Valley for a wedding and arrived after midnight to check-in. There is no one at the service desk to help to check in, instead there is a phone number on the door to call. I redialed the number for half an hour in a row before someone finally picked up. They send somebody in pajamas to the front desk to check me in. I went to the room which was just filthy and dusty. I wanted to complain to change the rooms but could not get a hold of anyone. The towels where damp, old, flinsy...

'Perfect place to stay the night. You can hear the train passing by, but there are ear plugs and a white noise machine in the room. It didn't bother us at all, but it might other folks'

'Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Bob is a perfect gentleman.'
