The Space:

Lake It Easy combines an elevated, beautifully finished interior with the relaxed feel of a classic lake house.



The updated kitchen is designed for both everyday meals and gathering together, with generous counter space, a full suite of appliances, and an oversized island where everyone can pull up a seat. Make breakfast before heading to the lake, prepare a big dinner, or keep the group fueled between adventures.



The main living area offers comfortable space to relax together. Downstairs, the game room gives everyone another place to spread out, with a pool table, arcade games, TV, comfortable seating, board games, and plenty of room for friendly competition. A downstairs kitchenette keeps snacks and drinks close at hand.



The home sleeps up to 10 guests with:

• Two king beds

• Two sets of twin bunk beds

• Two rollaway twin beds available in the closet



Each bedroom includes a TV, with another TV in the downstairs game room.



Beaver Lake:

The best part of Lake It Easy is just outside the door.

Beaver Lake is on the property, with a beach area directly outside the screened-in porch. Start the day with coffee on the porch overlooking the wooded shoreline and water, then head straight down to the lake when it is time to swim.

Guests can swim from the property or anchor a guest boat. Kayaks and beach essentials are also available, making it easy to spend the day on the water without loading everyone into the car.



The expansive deck gives you another place to enjoy the outdoors, whether you are sharing a meal, relaxing in an Adirondack chair, or watching the lake. When evening arrives, gather around the fire pit and enjoy the peaceful setting.



There is no dock at the property, but with the beach area and direct lake access right outside, Beaver Lake is an easy part of everyday life here.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage.



Guests will also have access to the Lost Bridge Recreation Center, just 0.3 miles from the property. Community amenities include a swimming pool, picnic grounds, barbecue area, playground, indoor games, and tennis and pickleball courts.



Please note that boats and trailers are not permitted at the Recreation Center, and boats cannot be launched from the nearby shoreline. For boat ramps, boat rentals, and slip rentals, we recommend visiting Lost Bridge North & South Park or Lost Bridge Marina. Additional fees may apply.



The Recreation Center Pool is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The pool is closed on Tuesdays. Pool access is available for $5 per person, per day. Guests can enter by ringing the doorbell at the Recreation Center, where a staff member will assist with sign-in and collect payment.

Nothing ruins a getaway like a rushed Sunday morning. Sleep in, sip your coffee, or hit the trails one last time, because Pink Door is a vibe, and early Sunday checkouts are not it. Enjoy a complimentary noon checkout on Sundays!
