This house is all about having fun! The decor in this house also encourages fun from the playhouse in the kids' room to the poker table in the family room.

The first floor has a Family Room with 2 sofa sleepers, bar, Big Screen TV, Poker Table with sliding glass doors to the patio area. There is a Bedroom for the kids with a set of Bunk Beds and Full Bathroom. There is also a DRESSING ROOM with Double Vanity!

Upstairs you will find the Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen.

2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed.
Full Bathroom Yard Area has a Fire Pit, Patio Furniture, Charcoal Grill.

Pet Fee is $45 per dog, per stay. Up to 3 dogs maximum.

The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center is right across the street and has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $5 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, pickleball court, basketball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills.

Lost Bridge Village sprawls over several areas around Beaver Lake including Whitney Mountain, which is the highest point over Beaver Lake.

The lake community is very quiet and mostly wooded with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Most roads are paved. No hunting is allowed. There are full time and part time residents that appreciate you respecting the covenants and their privacy during your stay.

Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.

Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.
