'The hotel has a great location and very comfortable beds, which made for a pleasant stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: the carpets in the hallway didn’t feel very hygienic, and both the walls and bathroom would benefit from a refresh or repainting.'

'Locatie is perfect, zeezicht (superior room) en aan de rand van het historisch centrum. Fijne bedden! Ontbijtbuffet is goedkoop en basic. Ontbijtzaal erg verouderd en ongezellig. Prima voor een vroeg vertrek.'

'I had a very disappointing experience staying here. Late in the evening, we discovered there was no hot water in our room. We contacted the property and were told someone would come within the hour to fix the issue. Unfortunately, no one arrived, and there was no follow-up communication. We then had to repeatedly message and call for updates, with most attempts going unanswered. After waiting for a long time, we were eventually told—close to midnight—that the only option available was to move...

'Chambre neuve et bien située dans le centre de corfou. Mais tres bruyant car beaucoup de passage sur la route. Il manque une meilleure insonorisation des fenetres pour bien isoler de l'extérieur. Sinon la chambre est tout confort.'

'To start on a positive note, the staff was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, our overall experience with the hotel, the room and the communication with management/owner was disappointing. We stayed in the Libro d’Oro suite, and upon arrival, one of the toilets was already broken. We were told it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. After just one night, the second toilet also stopped working, leaving us with no functioning toilets in the room. Initially, no solution or assistance was offered...
