'We just got back home from a lovely stay at Miguel’s place. We appreciated being able to drop off our luggage at noon so we didn’t have to bring it with us until we checked in later in the afternoon. Miguel made the place shine and it was a cute and cozy place for us to stay. Great location, close to Metro and in a nice neighbourhood in the 6th arrondissement. I would mention that it is up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator, so if you are fit you will manage but just be aware! Thanks Miguel-...

The only thing we struggled with was the air conditioning which was permanently placed in the living area while the bedroom was in a separate room. I think it may have brought in some mosquito issues as my husband and I were both bit several times overnight. 'Absolutely wonderful stay. Our contact was easily reachable when we arrived to help guide us in. Elevator is typical European elevator, good for helping you get bags up. We were a family of 6 and had everything we needed. Kitchen is well setup with a good size fridge. Enough shower towels for everyone. View phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again. '

'The picture that is listed is not the building of the apartment. The apartment is in a very good location with restaurants and stores all around. Everything is in walking distance or by train or bus.The apartment itself is very small, listed as newly renovated but I would disagree. Everything looked old and rundown.
