They told me they would have checked the day after, but they did not and when I asked again for an update they did no longer answer me. Luckily it was just a minor issue, but I would have expected more support from them. 'My husband I and stayed here for 5 nights in May 2025. The apartment is lovely - the photos are accurate as is the written description. The neighborhood is quiet, especially at night. I wish I had researched the neighborhood a little better as we didn't find many restaurants. For us, this wasn't an issue because we chose to eat in the apartment or in central Antwerp but for others, this might be a problem. Likewise, grocery stores were easily accessed within a few blocks in all directions. ...
