'I had high hopes for this apartment, but my stay was marred by several unacceptable issues, particularly regarding cleanliness and unexpected charges. Upon arrival, the apartment was in a deplorable state. The dishwasher was so dirty that I had to clean it thoroughly before I could even consider using it. Similarly, all the kitchen equipment required a deep clean before I felt comfortable preparing food. For a place that’s supposed to be ready for guests, this level of neglect was shocking and...

'Vue magnifique sur le lac, environnement très calme mais un peu trop éloigné du centre ville compte tenu du dénivelé. Propreté sommaire du logement à notre arrivée mais appartement bien équipé. Nous avons passé néanmoins un agréable séjour à Evian.'
