'It's a wonderful old style villa with plenty of room, beautiful sea view and good pool area. For our three generations family the peaceful location in villa area was perfect and there was even garage for two cars, so no parking problems. 'Wow did our family LOVE this home, property and location! The house is amazing with 7 en suite bedrooms within the house plus a separate studio apartment. The front porch was lovely to get a break from the sun and the gardens and grounds are gorgeous, we felt we were in a private oasis. 'The villa was beautiful, spacious and conveniently located -- perfect for a family holiday. It is across the street from a lovely beach, and an easy walk to the historic part of Antibes. Even with shops and restaurants as close as a minute walk away, the house has a lawn and pool that make it a quiet and relaxing retreat. The owners connected us with a local chef who prepared amazing dinners. The villa was a great find.'

'This property tried to scam and defraud us by getting us to pay to repair their pool table (photo below), which was located in a damp hidden room in the basement. We know that we didn’t cause this damage because never used the pool table in any way. They also tried to charge us for not taking out the trash, which had to be done on a Tuesday, despite the fact that we checked out on a Monday.
