'It was a cute cottage on the lake although not extremely clean and very cold . Hot water only lasts about 5ish minutes. Besides that excellent stay and made me consider moving upstate .'

'Just got back from a great girls' trip where we stayed one night. The house was perfect for the eight of us- clean, comfortable and modern. The house may not look like much on the outside but inside t's beautiful - clearly the host put thought into the details. The living room/dining room was perfect for us to hang out in and we never felt cramped. Our only complaint- and it was a big one for our group- was the hot tub took hours to heat and wasn't at the correct temperature until we were ready...

'Property exceeded expectations in every way. Quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. The amenities and design throughout the house were above and beyond. Would definitely book again in the future.'

'The house is nice and clean and very convenient to get to from the heart of New Paltz. The kitchen isn't very equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes and coffee cups. The upstairs art is pretty uncomfortable and my teenage sons were creeped out by it all. The Hosts are super nice and very responsive. Thank you for a good stay. '

'Great place to stay! Communication was great, beds are SUPER comfortable and the separate heating/cooling in each room is nice. The living room doesn't have enough seeing for it to be the hangout spot, so lots of kitchen conversations :) The piano was a fun addition and we had some fun musical moments. I would say the only thing lacking was towels (both kitchen and bathroom, there were only a few) and things like paper towels, scissors, etc. Stuff you don't think to pack but realize later that...

'The house is very nice. Everything you need is available. The beds are comfortable. Only we disliked the bathroom shower heads (junk). Be aware of ticks if you bring pets. In terms of improvement, I would like to have blinds in the living room. '

'We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. '

'We had a great time staying here! The house is a gorgeous historic house with modern amenities. It was a short drive to Kingston which was super convenient. We loved that we could bring our dog with us as well. It is on a main road, but we didn't find that to be a disturbance at all. I would definitely come back here again!!'
