Fully stocked, beautifully decorated newer home with all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable, fun, and memorable.

Enjoy sitting under the pergola around the gas fire pit after a long day at the beach or relax as a family playing games or watching movies.

Air hockey table and ping pong will keep the kids entertained for hours. If traveling during the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) check out the outdoor pool and tennis courts at the Club House!

Washer and dryer provided with plenty of hot water with the on demand hot water heater.

All of the bedrooms upstairs have ceiling fans. The home also has air conditioning!

This is a beautiful family friendly home. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner for our large families. Everyone had a bed which is usually a challenge for us. Kids loved the ping pong and foosball tables. The tv gathering area was a hit for all the young adults and children to hang out. The oversized hot tub allowed a big group to all go together. It was nice to have toys and games for the kiddos, however they were greatlylacking in order. Too many parts and pieces all mixed together that the kids would just dump, cause that’s what kids do. Perhaps a few closed containers for individual games would make it easier for them to play and then cleanup appropriately. The firepit was another place to gather to enjoy the beautiful weather we had. This is definitely a place we will remember for future family events.

A little long but informative. The only think I wish we had know was that the back yard is not flat. It has a slope which make lawn games difficult for our aging family. So just know it had a gradual slope.

We had our volleyball team retreat here. It was perfect. The girls loved everything especially the number of beds. No one was on the floor or couch this year! Check-in was simple and our host was terrific about communicating with us. Thanks for a great weekend!

Whole family stayed here for our family reunion, 28 people ages from infant-74, and we had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was stocked with just about every small appliance (blender, instantpot, several griddles, coffee maker, rice maker). There were also some basic seasonings/spices provided, which was convenient. The kitchen/dining area was a bit snug for our large group, but there was plenty of room when you include the outdoor tables, and the weather was perfect for eating outside. We loved the gas fire pit! There were plenty of bath towels, and they were good quality as well. Having a spare frig/freezer in the garage was a life saver! With a big group, you always worry about hot water, but not in this house! It was so nice that everyone always had a warm shower due to the tankless water heater. They also provided sand toys, water floats (kind of like noodles), and 10 beach towels for fun at the lake. The kids loved throwing the frisbee in the back yard and seeing deer and wild turkeys roam in the field behind the house. We enjoyed the air hockey and ping pong tables, and the littles loved the toys provided. Loved the tennis courts and pool too!The house was clean and decorated very nice. There were lots of extra blankets, which several people in our group appreciated because the a/c works very well! Communication was superb with Stacy and she answered questions I had beforehand quickly. We are thrilled with our stay and would come again.

We had a family member who needed to do a little work and wasn't able, and when we arrived had to shovel the driveway. wouldn't have cared too much but had an elderly person who needed cleared walks and driveway. A beautiful gathering place for families

My family and I were in Garden City for a memorial. We stayed in this conveniently located, beautiful home. Every detail in this home is so warm and welcoming. When each person arrived, they were in awe of the sparkling, clean, rooms. Everyone loved the fire pit and very well appointed patio. One could not ask for a more wonderful place to stay.

Our Fun Stay at the Lake

This place was nice with plenty of things for grandchildren of all ages to do. The older kids loved playing Rock Band and the air hockey was a hit. As grandparents we especially appreciated the captain’s quarters bedeoom where we could be comfortable and have some quiet time. The ice machine was very helpful. The only problem we had was spiders in the basement and one of our grandchildren got bit ny one. I would suggest that the house be sprayed for spiders. Our host was great to answer all of our questions.
