We were on the third floor. The ice machine on the third and second floors were not working. We had to go to the first floor whenever we needed ice. We were told there was a 'happy hour', but having cheese and crackers sitting out next to the front desk just wasn't appealing. The tub filled when showering, yet wouldn't fill when someone wanted a bath. The toilet backed up. Called the front desk and was told she'd try to find a maintenance worker otherwise we'd have to go down to the desk to get a plunger! Took time for maintenance to come up so we called back only to be told she forgot to call maintenance! The people at the front desk were friendly when talking face to face. Went to make coffee and the water reservoir was dirty; had a thick film of crud. The window shade wouldn't go up or down because the chain was broken.

The bed sheets were stained, there was body hair and trash everywhere, the management was very rude and they refused to give us our refund. We had to book another hotel for the 2 nights we paid for but didn't stay here! Terrible experience.

Not a bad hotel, just wish it had a better quality of breakfast food. It also had no soundproof walls, you can hear the neighbors talking their conversations. Besides that, it’s an average hotel.

Probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed—cleanliness is clearly not a priority. There was a gross smell throughout the building; our room in particular smelled like smoke with another gross scent. Bathroom had mold and mildew and overall was not clean. Suspicious yellow stain on the mattress topper under the sheets. Pretty disgusting overall, definitely not worth the money.

It was around a lot of construction. The breakfast was not good or the rooms for the price of the stay but I guess they were inflated for whatever reason that weekend to over $200 a night. Bed was comfy bathroom was ok.

It was a close stay to Savannah with reasonable pricing. The facilities look nice, and the rooms were comfy, but they did not clean the room during our entire stay. The staff was rude and unfriendly, once night there was an altercation between two other guests and one of them call the police, because the staff does nothing to ensure everyone is respected on their personal space, when I raised the concern that it could have probably be better managed to ensure the safety of all guests, the staff person didn’t even look at me… besides the staff being terrible, is an ok place to spend the night…

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was not as clean as i would expect. The shower had stains like there was a backed up drain and not cleaned very well and the toilet seat was still dirty. The tv was not operating and my party was told that the maintenence person would get to it whenever they got back and no one responded for the remainder of my stay. Overall, id give this establishment a 3 out of 5 stars.

We stayed 3 nights, Wednesday to Saturday, staff was excellent! They have weekend shuttle service starting Friday which saved us $30-$40 AND happy hour Friday & Saturday 5pm to 8pm, free wine/beer and cheese and crackers …. Unbelievable, it was great!

We moved to this hotel after pulling up to our original reservation being a literal dump! This place was clean and in a nice area. Only 10 minutes from River Street and about 30 minutes from Tybee Island. I only rated it 4 stars because they are doing some construction inside and as soon as 8am rolled around they were banging and drilling right outside out door, so there was no sleeping in and my child was woken up.

NOT LUXURY. SMH. Staff could have been kinder, our toliet was broken, had to request basics like coffee, very limited parking, didnt feel clean. Stay somewhere else. The only money spent on upgrades were clearly in the dining room and foyer. Bed was decent. Good luck!

Main reason we chose this hotel was because it had on the internet, under details of room- * Highlights Free cribs/infant beds. When we asked the desk clerk, she said she didn't know why it said that, they don't have any. She made me initial and sign some statements that were on a print-out, One was that we may be charged additional fees if we check out early. I asked her about that and she said she doesn't know why that is there, they don't do that. Everything was very odd. Did not receive an email of the final cost statement.

We stayed on the first floor, both nights got woken up by people screaming and laughing and this went on for hours.

I liked having a fridge & microwave. However, this hotel is not a "luxury" hotel as claimed. The walls needed touch-up paint, carpet was old, not stopper/plug in bathroom sink, ALL the drawer/nightstand pulls were RUSTY. Disgusting. I had a problem with the TV & the front desk could not help nor was there a handyman on the property. This was at 8pm. Very busy trucking thoroughfare on main street in front of property. I knew about the train and that wasn't a problem, but the semi's were constant during the daytime hours. LOTS of construction going on as well. Very disappointing and I would not recommend this property to anybody.
