'The place was very clean and in a good location. Some of the decor was a little odd. It was difficult to find parking sometimes, even though it said that a spot was included.'

It's an amazing place to stay if you are sharing with another family as it has 3 levels: ground with kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining, living room, and balcony with ample views; lower level with 2 bedrooms (one of them sleeps 4), laundry and bathroom; and upper levels with master bedroom, second bedroom (sleeps 4) and bathroom. 'Great location near Garden City amenities. Ground floor Condo was a short walk from the parking lot and located near the pool. Comfy furnishings including the king size bed. Quiet location even though there were lots of other people utilizing the complex.'

'Location was great, with young kids we loved be right outside of the pool. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Not sure what the other units in the building looked like, but ours was updated and looked really nice. The only thing that would have been nice, but not something that would keep us from staying again, is access to a washer and dryer. My husband forgot his hoodie when we left and the host was excellent about getting it back to us, which was greatly appreciated.'

'We were in town for the Bear Lake Trifecta in June and the location was perfect! This little condo had everything we needed and the host was great at answering our questions prior to arrival. It looks right over the pool which can get noisy on a warm day but everything quiets down quickly at night and it's mostly a very peaceful location with a partial view of the lake. We did notice that housekeeping hadn't cleaned under the furniture in a while but a little dust didn't keep us from thoroughly...
