« The staff was kind and very responsive on the arrival and organising the events. Checking in and out was easy, well organised. However the facilities needed more maintenance. The rooms were mouldy and needed more ventilation. Toilet wise could be largely improved in terms of insect defecate. Understand it’s a place surrounded by nature but also spotted a mouse in one of the rooms, the staff were quick to respond and helped checked the rooms. The lagoon area with water was dirty »

« The hotel is very close to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal: very convenient ! It is located opposite to Mega Mall where you can find everything. We were welcomed with a delicious ginger lime cocktail. The staff is extremely kind, very very helpful and smiling which is totally diferent from Singaporean behaviour. The breakfast was delicious, tasty and with a wide variety of products. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I will visit again. »
