With the extra beds, the condo can accommodate up to 9 guests. This is the perfect spot to access everything Gainesville offers, near shopping, eating, and down the road from UF. Plus, it's recently updated and sparkling clean. Perfect for couples, families, or friends who want all the amenities with a touch of luxury.



The Space:

The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 30-minute drive)!



This updated townhome includes a bright Master Suite with a private bath, a beautiful Guest Bedroom with a private bath, and half bath downstairs. The main bedroom mattresses are queen-sized and feature hotel-inspired bedding. Downstairs, there is also a high-quality, comfy Serta sofa bed and a super comfortable Simmons Beautyrest Futon. Additionally, we have a deluxe twin air mattress. With 5 beds, the condo can comfortably accommodate 9 guests in total. Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep.



In the apartment, you'll find new flooring, high ceilings, nature views, WiFi, an LED TV in the Master Suite, and a 50" LED Smart TV in the living room, where you can log in to stream your favorite movies and shows.



We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house.



Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary.



This condo is conveniently located walking distance from the mall, Starbucks, local restaurants, Subway, and plenty of other eateries and entertainment. It couldn't be better situated!



Parking is free.



Guest Access:

Full access to condo, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, high-capacity washer and dryer, HDTV, etc. This is in addition to the living room, dining room, guest and master bed and bath.



The Neighborhood:

We're just down the road from UF! (3-mile drive!)



Also conveniently located just off of Interstate 75 and 1 min from Starbucks, 5 min from Publix and local health food store Earth Origins, and just 10 min from downtown Gainesville.



We also highly recommend a drive out to the natural springs (Blue or Ginnie, 30 min away).



Getting Around:

📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
