Villa
Maria Clara is framed by a 3500-square-meter garden with swimming pool
and tennis court. Both areas are served by a small and functional
changing room with a bathroom.
At the back of the villa, there is a
small pine forest with lawn and a wood-burning oven with barbecue,
ideal for grilling under the starry sky. Moreover, there is a white
marble table, ideal during lunch or dinner.

Villa Maria Clara is cozy and spacious. It`s on three floors. The ground floor is introduced by a spacious porch with Mediterranean outdoor furniture. The villa opens into a dining room for 13 people and the well-equipped kitchen.
The corridor takes to the living room with fireplace, musical instruments and comfortable sofas. Moreover, in this area of the villa there is a beautiful bedroom with view on the swimming pool and the garden. The corridor on the right side divides the dining room from the sleeping area, which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which with ensuite bathroom, and another bathroom with hydromassage tub.
On the first floor of Villa Maria Clara there is a beautiful terrace with view on the sea,
accessible by an independent outdoor staircase. On this floor there is
another bedroom with French-sized bed and a bathroom, and a living room,
which is divided from the living room by sliding glass doors and it`s
furnished with washing machine, kitchenette and air conditioning.
Furthermore, on the basement floor, which is almost as large as the ground floor, there is a room with Italian pool table and another room with gym. The rooms of Villa Maria Clara are equipped with air conditioning. (The water system is powered by water tank and the water is not drinkable).

Villa Maria Clara is in Santa Maria di Leuca,
the Apulian southernmost tip, in southern Salento. The fully equipped
villa is 500 meters away from the Adriatic sea and 1 kilometer away from
the Ionian sea. In Leuca, which is known for its lighthouse, the sanctuary Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, its eclectic villas and its beautiful sea caves, there are the main tour amenities and many excellent restaurants and cafes.

in Summer, many events are held such as concerts, festivals and guided

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 150 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Presence of external video surveillance cameras. 
- Heating not included, to pay upon arrival, at the mandatory extra cost of euro 15 per day from November to March.
- Part of the terrace is covered with solar panels.
