Hôtel près de GEM Field Park (Rockford)

« Alright »

« Do not expect to get towels , or any kind of service from the employees while staying here. Also they are super rude when you do ask them for simple stuff , as in clean towels. »

« The room (and really the property itself) is very old and not maintained. There were roaches and other insects in my room. The air conditioner is a window mounted type unit and it was full of tar and brown goop. Mold in the bathrooms and dust everywhere. This was a very terrible experience. The one positive is the front desk person was quick to refund my money although he had to be located as there was no one there for quite a long time. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. »

« Poor breakfast options. We had to go elsewhere and pay for a better breakfast. I would not have minded paying more for a good breakfast at the hotel. One day they forgot to clean our room, they say because we had a no disturb sign at the door, bit this was not true. »

« Negatives are minimal, definitely needs to be updated. Lots of noise, heard every person walking by. Breakfast was not bad. Could use another waffle maker as there was a line for those waiting. »

« Not much for breakfast. Room was out dated. It was clean but lacked a lot of character . »

« Clean room »

« Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was great and just very peaceful atmosphere »

« La reception »

« Bien situé . Restaurant varié pas très loin »

« Bon choix chambre spacieuse et accueillante »

« Staff were very helpful and friendly. She let us drop our bags early. »

« Le personnel peu accueillant »

« Our room wasn't finished the floor wasn't installed that ran from the vanity into the closet nothing but sub-floor and no base cove molding. My wife fell in the pool area the tile wasn't textured for traction just plain floor tile very slick when wet. »

« The site is old but clean. The elevator takes forever. I just about froze to death at night though. The temperature dropped at night and I turned the a/c off before the sun went down but the heat would NOT come on in my room so I slept in a sweater and jacket. »
