'WOW. Firstly, yes there are 183 steps to the property but the first 107 are straight up and then everything after that is a couple steps with landings and short walks inbetween. There’s also a hill to the stairs BUT they have free luggage service that they provide to help you get your suitcases up to the villa. 'The place has a cool view of the mountains and Marco who manages the place is nice. He was able to help us organise a scooter rental right from the hotel which was very helpful. Unfortunately, we didn’t realise how far up in the mountains the property was so it made it a bit tiresome going up and down all the time in our exploring. 'We enjoyed our stay at il canneto! Everything was clean and beautiful , the staff are very nice and friendly! a bit far from spiaggia grande and the town as a walking distance but very convenient if your way of transfer is the bus, the local bus stops right in front of the hotel as the hotel location is directly on the main street and if you are planning to rent a scooter like we did , il canneto is a perfect choice since it has a private parking! Overall it was a pleasant stay!'

'Locatie en kamer zijn ok. Check-in tijden zijn beperkt. Door vertraging oo Schiphol konden wij niet op tijd inchecken. Alhoewel wij diezelfde avond wel in Amalfi waren werd de gehele reservering geannuleerd zonder restitutie! Bij navraag in Amalfi bleek dat dit met regelmaat gebeurd!! Wees gewaarschuwd!!'
