'I arrived 12 hours late after missing my connection. Staff ensured my airport transfer was changed and even helped me with a sulphur bath appointment. My room was tiny but clean, quiet and adequate for one person. Breakfast was sufficiently filling, but is put away promptly at 11 (so set an alarm). Front desk is always available to assist with directions. Able to store luggage after checkout. Great hotel near Old Town!'

'It is close to the city centre (if you like walking), the view and breakfast are incredibly beautiful. the staff were extremely hospitable and very interested. the room was designed to meet all my needs. 'Wij zijn hier 1 week geweest van 22 tot 29 mei. Hadden kamer 304 aan de voorzijde van het hotel met een schitterend mooi balkon.Ook kamer groot en mooie ruime en zeer schone badkamer.Vriendelijk ontvangst bij receptie.Ontbijt is ook goed,alleen jammer dat dat pas om 8.30 is. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van restaurants het oude centrum en de metro.Raad het hotel zeker aan voor een goed verblijf in Tbilisi !'
