The flat not only shines with its comfortable and cosy furnishings, but also with its energy-efficient underfloor heating, which ensures cosiness in the cold season. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, mini oven, kettle, espresso pot and coffee machine is at your disposal, complemented by a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
