It is recommended to have a car to rent this property, and to take into consideration that although the beach is very close to the apartment, El Higueron is located on a hill, which can make walking back up to the apartment difficult, therefore we recommend using a car.

The pool will be open from June to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend consulting beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.



A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.
